OMS Cloud prompts you for credentials

What to do when you are asked to enter credentials to OMS Cloud.

OMS Cloud uses Microsoft's Remote Desktop Service (RDS) to connect to OMS. During onboarding, your coordinator will have set up your RDS connection and attempted to save your credentials to each user's computer that will be accessing OMS Cloud if your company requests this type of login.

However, there are instances where your computer may be presented with a login credential again.

This is an intermittent issue with Microsoft Windows and does not have a solution. Microsoft has documented this issue here.

Please enter your credentials provided during Onboarding

During onboarding, your coordinator will have provided a master list of logins and passwords needed to access OMS Cloud. This is provided to an OMS Cloud Contact or another authorized contact in your company. 

If you do not have your password or username when logging in, please contact your company's administrator or primary account contact.

The OMS Cloud team is not authorized to provide credentials to any user in your company. We will only communicate usernames and passwords to the primary OMS Cloud contact or with the OMS Cloud contact's written approval.
