OMS Cloud/Pavo Login Upgrade (June 1, 2026)

What is happening?

OMS Cloud's authentication is being modernized and upgraded with Pavo for one single login between the Pavo Admin portal and OMS Cloud on AWS Workspaces Applications (formerly AppStream).

What is affected?

  • OMS Cloud
  • Pavo Admin

Password reset required

Starting June 1, 2026, all OMS Cloud and Pavo Admin users will be presented one unified login screen and will need to reset their password. Your password reset will be sent to the email address on file associated with your account. Passwords cannot be viewed by your company admin nor by anyone at Master System.

The OMS Cloud username as well as the email address previously associated will authenticate you to both OMS Cloud and Pavo Admin.

Inspect your OMS Cloud Email Address

To ensure that the password reset request is sent to the correct email address, please check Pavo Admin for your list of users on OMS Cloud and Pavo. If you need assistance on auditing this list or accessing this list, please don't hesitate to contact us.

No URL changes required

Pavo's login and AWS Workspaces Application URLs will not need to change and will start using the upgraded authentication system on the migration date.

What are the benefits?

The upgraded authentication system bring several benefits including:

  • One central login to both Pavo and OMS Cloud
  • MFA (TOTP, SMS, Email, FIDO WebAuthn PassKey) and SSO support
  • Allow/deny users to OMS Cloud and Pavo via IP Address
  • Advanced security detection (e.g., brute force, suspicious IP throttling, bot detection)
  • Improved audit logging
  • Self-service password recovery
  • Reduced dependency on shared passwords
  • Simplified onboarding
  • Separating authentication from application logic on OMS Cloud
