Concurrent Logins on OMS Cloud

With your OMS Cloud subscription, your company has a set number of connections available to connect to OMS. 

An OMS Cloud connection is different than your OMS login. OMS logins are the users that can sign in and use the features of OMS.

At the time of onboarding, your company received individual connection credentials for each user that is intended to connect to OMS Cloud. Only one discrete connection is permitted at a time per cloud connection.

If multiple users log onto OMS Cloud using the same connection credentials, both users will be sharing the same AWS Workspaces Applications instance and will have visibility on everything streamed from that particular user login. Keyboard & mouse input will occur simultaneously amongst all active connections for this login.

If you need users to access their own independent session, please contact your OMS Account Manager to request more user logins.
