Customer File Import

A customer file contains information about a customer in OMS. Customers are typically companies with whom your company does business with.

Supported Customer Fields For Import

The customer import supports the import of the following fields:

Status Yes String "Active", "Inactive", "Credit Hold", "Potential"
Bus.Type No Integer Valid values are 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. This is the business type assigned to this Customer. If this column is not provided, the value provided will be 1.
Billing_Address1 No String Maximum Length 60
Billing_Address2 No String Maximum Length 60
Billing_City No String Maximum Length 40
Billing_State No String We recommend using two digits ("CA"). Maximum Length 12
