Retrieve your OMS Cloud Access file and login to OMS
Once your OMS Cloud setup is complete, your assigned Onboarding Specialist will notify you your account is ready for initial testing.
Below are instructions are how to retrieve your access file. You can access this file at anytime.
Go to Pavo Admin Login
OMS Cloud files are accessed by our Pavo service. Please go to Pavo Admin and on its login page, type in your email address registered with your OMS Cloud account.
If you are a Pavo user, you will need to log out to access this login page.
Receive Email with OMS Cloud Login File
If your email address is registered with OMS Cloud during onboarding, you will receive an email with your personalized login username.
The login file is intended to be specifically for the user who received the file and is not to be shared with others.
Download the File and Save Locally
Download the attachment and click the file to launch OMS Cloud.
If you are running macOS, you will need to download Microsoft Windows App (previously Remote Desktop) from the Mac App Store before running the file: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/windows-app/id1295203466?mt=12
Passwords are not saved and must be saved separately. If you do not know your password, please reach out to your company's administrator or primary contact.
If you are the company's primary contact, please reach out to Master System for the password. Passwords will not be given to other members without written approval from your company's primary contact.
