Here is our list of Domains and IP Address to ensure OMS and Pavo are always communicating.
This does not apply to OMS Cloud configurations.
Consult your IT department or services if you need assistance in adding these addresses to your on-premise server. Master System does not have knowledge about your network infrastructure and can only provide limited guidance.
Whitelist IPs (Incoming Requests)
Pavo connects to OMS via the Clarion Server, a Windows service that sends and receives data between OMS and Pavo. This is a service built by our team.
While Pavo is a distributed system, all outgoing requests from Pavo are sent out of our main data center. Pavo also uses these requests to OMS to determine if your OMS server is online.
The IP Addresses Pavo uses to access the OMS Clarion Server are:
- 18.236.39.166
- 52.24.43.27
- 69.75.58.234
Domains for Outgoing Requests
Your OMS system and OMS Clarion Server should have access to the following domains to ensure communication with the Pavo service.
- api.omspavo.com
- shipping.omspavo.com
