      Setting up Shipping Methods for Macy's

      To stay compliant with Macy's, you must have these shipping methods set up on OMS.

      Macy's requires specific shipping methods for vendors. When setting up a Macy's connection with Pavo, Pavo will automatically select the shipping method based on Macy's requirements.

      Before you get started, you must have the following in OMS:

      1. The following shipping methods in OMS: UPS GROUND, UPS SUREPOST 1LB OR GREATER, and UPS SUREPOST LESS THAN 1LB
        1. These should be mapped to the appropriate shipping carrier and methods.
      2. Weights listed for all SKUs that are sold on Macy's inputted in OMS.

      Pavo will set the shipping method to UPS GROUND when any of these conditions are met:

      • The Attention Line contains the phrase "BOSS" (buy online, ship to store)
      • The Ship to country is not "US" (i.e. International order)
      • The order weighs more than 8 pounds

      Pavo will set the shipping method to UPS SUREPOST 1LB OR GREATER or UPS SUREPOST LESS THAN 1LB when any of these conditions are met:

      • The Ship to address starts with "PO BOX"
      • The Ship to city is either "APO" or "FPO"
      • The order weighs less than or equal to 8 pounds
