Learn about the typical setup process to connect OMS/Pavo to NuORDER
NuORDER integrations only apply to OMS systems that use size/runs.
An OMS/Pavo connection with NuORDER supports the following functions:
- Products: OMS/Pavo → NuORDER
- Customer: OMS/Pavo → NuORDER
- Inventory: OMS/Pavo → NuORDER
- Sales Orders: NuORDER → OMS/Pavo
- Order Edits: OMS/Pavo → NuORDER
- Shipments: OMS/Pavo → NuORDER
- Orders created on OMS to NuORDER
Images sync is not supported in this integration, and must be handled independently. Your NuORDER integration manager will provide more details.

An integration with NuORDER is a premium Pavo integration. It is not plug-and-play and can require custom mappings. It also requires constant communication with NuORDER's teams for testing and validation in order to go-live and will require a setup fee. Please contact Master System to get started.
Requirements
- You must have a point of contact assigned who can make decisions based on what data will be displayed on NuORDER, as well as how your company expects the NuORDER site to integrate with the rest of your company's workflow. This point of contact must be present in weekly integration meetings. Failure to be present or provide guidance will delay the go-live date.
- Knowledge of how product and company data should be represented in NuORDER. Master System provides a default mapping, as detailed here.
What to expect
- NuORDER will assign an Integration Manager who will be your point of contact on the NuORDER side. This manager will manage the project and guide your company through the process.
- After your NuORDER discovery and planning session, you will be meeting with both NuORDER and Master System to determine what data needs to be uploaded to NuORDER.
- Your OMS data may need to be cleaned up prior to integration. This is dependent on how your data will be represented on the site.
- Data will be tested and validated on the NuORDER sandbox. This includes reviewing the NuORDER sandbox and testing an order sent to your OMS system.
- Your company will undergo "User Acceptance Testing" (UAT) to sign-off on the data presented to the sandbox.
- Your NuORDER reps will work with you on setting up your site's look and feel, as well as other marketing materials and images.
- Once moving to NuORDER production, Master System and NuORDER will test with you once again with live data to ensure that the data is reviewed and the integration is working as expected.
- Your company will provide the final sign-off to go live.
- After go-live, your company will work with us and NuORDER to address any issues that may arise once your team is using NuORDER in the live environment.
