Some channels support programmatic updates to retire or remove SKUs using Pavo directly.
When you have a SKU that no longer needs to be sold on a sales channel or you do not want to sync quantities with OMS/Pavo, you can remove the SKU from the SKU Mapping table for that specific channel in Pavo.
Deleting SKUs from Pavo
1. To delete a SKU individually, click on the delete button on the right side of the row with the SKU you're looking to delete.
2. Alternatively, if you're looking to delete multiple items at once, you can select the checkboxes and click on the "Delete" button on the top of the table.
3. When clicking "Delete", you will receive an alert asking if you'd also like to "Zero out quantities and mark the SKUs discontinued or active." Check the box if you'd like to send a zero quantity to the channel.
What happens when you mark items discontinued per channel
Once an item is marked discontinued or retired on the channel, Pavo will no longer sync quantity or other item information with that item.
