In order for your OMS Server ("Clarion Server") to connect to the Pavo platform, it must satisfy these minimum requirements.
This only applies to on-premise installations of OMS. You must have satisfied all of the technical requirements for installing OMS on your server before continuing.
Please consult your IT Department if you have any questions on the technical requirements or need assistance. Master System can provide limited support on your internal network and infrastructure, but cannot fully investigate issues on your own network or OMS Server.
The server program that is used to connect your OMS Server to Pavo is often referred to "Clarion Server".
Prerequisites:
A server that satisfies all of the technical requirements with OMS installed and running.
Networking
- A public static IP address that directly connects your OMS Clarion Server to Pavo to communicate with OMS
- Master System can assist in setting up a static IP address for an additional fee. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have additional setup required for a static IP address.
- Your company must be able to open a port on your router/modem for Pavo to communicate to OMS
Server Permissions
In order for Clarion Server to properly update and provide sufficient logging, your server must allow edit and update permissions on the C:\clarion_server directory.
The OMS Clarion Server Service must also run as a user with administrative access in order to provide the full set of features.
