      Discontinuation of Support and Updates for Legacy OMS ERP

      As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best experience and updated features of our software, we are officially discontinuing support for older versions of OMS ERP. Below are some key dates and details regarding this process.

      End of Software Updates: December 31, 2024

      The last software update provided for all legacy versions of OMS ERP will be on December 31, 2024. After this date, no further feature requests, patches, report format modifications, or customizations will be provided.

      The Email Module and Credit Card Module have already been discontinued as of January 1, 2024.

      End of Support: December 31, 2026

      We will continue to offer technical support for legacy versions of OMS ERP until December 31, 2026. This includes answering any questions about using the system and troubleshooting issues that do not require a software update. After this date, technical support of these versions of OMS ERP will no longer be available.

      Customers using these versions are encouraged to contact us with any remaining issues.

      How this Affects You

      Discontinued and unsupported versions after the support and update windows provided will no longer receive the latest updates and patches. Features that typically require a third party, such as emailing or credit card processing may stop working and will not be maintained on these versions of OMS.

      This does not affect OMS Cloud users, as we run the latest versions of OMS ERP on OMS Cloud.

      Upgrade to the latest OMS ERP

      If you are using the legacy version of OMS ERP, we highly recommend planning an upgrade to the latest version before the end of our support window. This will ensure you benefit from new features, including Internet connected services such as Pavo and continue to have uninterrupted support.       Legacy Versions of OMS ERP

      When you launch OMS, you are presented with a main menu window. If your OMS system looks like the following screenshots, you are running one of the affected versions.

      • OMS for Windows - OMS that does not require Microsoft SQL Server
